Your Responsibilities

• You must be honest with me, both in the content of your advertisement and in any communications we have.
• You must be honest and polite in your communications with website users.
• You must keep your contact details up to date.
• The photographs you supply must be of yourself and provide an accurate representation of your current appearance.
• You must own the copyright of, or obtain permission to use, any photograph that you submit for inclusion in your advertisement.
• You must keep your password safe and not share it with other people.
• You confirm that you are an independent escort or masseur and that you are submitting this application to advertise your own services only.
• You are responsible for your own tax affairs.

General

• I may accept or refuse your advertising at my own discretion.
• I may edit the content of your advertisement to satisfy my own editorial or legal requirements.
• I will not be liable to you, nor any third party, in respect to any loses incurred by technical problems or human error.

Complaints and Reviews

• I may cancel your advertising if I receive complaints regarding its content or your service.
• I may cancel your advertising if I suspect that you, or your associate, have submitted fake or inaccurate review(s) regarding your own service or that of another.

Payment

• Any payment you make is non-refundable.
• If you (or the cardholder) reverse a card payment, I shall be entitled to reclaim that payment from you, along with all costs incurred in respect to the reversal and any costs incurred reclaiming the debt from you.

Cancellation

• You may cancel your advertising at any time.
• I may cancel your advertising at any time.
• A monetary refund will not be issued for any unused period of advertising.

Data Protection

• All website users are subject to this website's Privacy Policy.
• You give your permission for me, my agents, employees and third party service providers to store and process any information you submit to me through this website or via other communications.
• Your information will be stored and processed as necessary in order to administer your requests, administer this website, comply with legal requirements and prevent abuse.
